What can I do to get the latest Office updates when the Validation software tells me my install is bogus? I went to the How to Tell website, and my disc and COA passed with flying colors (they match what is on the screens). But when I run the Validate, it comes back and says it is no good. We bought the OEM version of Microsoft Office XP Professional with Publisher Version 2002 a few years ago from the same local store that sold us all the components we used to build our current PC. All of our Office products have been running fine all this time, and we have been downloading updates all these years. Suddenly, Microsoft thinks we are running a pirated version(!?) It says we need to activate Office. Whenever I go into one of the Office products, it tells me they are already activated.
